OK, How does PPS Online Appointment Booking Work?

With a small amount of configuration we can help you update your website to include a "Book Online Now" page. This page will link seamlessly and securely via the Internet to your PPS Database.

The client will then be taken through a few simple steps to select the appropriate available appointment. What the client will NOT see is your diary - No one needs to know how busy (or quiet!) your clinic is on any given day.

Each appointment that has been booked online will have a clear status indicator on your diary. This means that you will easily see at a glance all of these new appointments.

PPS can automatically send the client an appointment confirmation text or e-mail and schedule an appointment reminder as soon as the booking is made. How's that for service for your patients!

It all seems great but how much does it cost?

Probably not as much as you think. After a small set up charge of £60 it is just £30 per month. You only need a couple of online appointments a month that you may not have otherwise taken and it will pay for itself. Anything more than that will be increased income to your clinic!
