|
"Point of Sale" system for instant billing PPS looks after all your client accounting needs. |
|
| You have full control over your accounts for both individual clients, and all your third-party billing such as insurance companies. A single accounts screen allows you to easily manage your accounts. | |
| You can print invoices and statements, and you can also manage your debtors and print overdue debt letters. | |
| Customise your own invoices | |
| You can select from a variety of invoice layouts and even customise your own. | |
| PPS uses your local Windows settings to work with any international currency. | |
| Quickly raise charges | |
| Each time you see a client you can quickly raise a charge for the consultation or for any sundry items, which you can choose to invoice either immediately or later. | |
| Charges can be raised quickly either directly from the appointments diary, or from the client log. | |
| You can maintain your own list of standard charges, including any stock or sundry items. | |
| You can raise an invoice at any time for charges you have created. | |
| Third-party billing | |
| Invoices can be raised either directly to the client, or to a third-party such as a health insurance company. Invoices raised to third-parties can be part paid by the client to cover their insurance excess. | |
| Payments can be allocated to charges or invoices, or simply posted onto the client's account. This allows pre-payments and part-payments to be easily managed. | |
| The client log screen includes all accounting transactions as well as a summary of the client's latest balances. | |
| You can use various reports to show a breakdown of your revenue. For example you can show revenue by month broken down by practitioner, or by payment method. | |
| Statements | |
| You can produce a statement for your client that summarises their account status. | |
| PPS also includes an Invoice Processing option to allow you to raise all your weekly or monthly invoices in one go. | |
| There are a variety of invoice styles to choose from, including a single page summary invoice with attached breakdowns, fully itemised invoices and so on. You can even select what information to include on your invoice. | |
| Practitioner Commission | |
| If you pay your practitioners on a commission basis, you can set up practitioner commission rates. You can even vary the rate for different charge types. | |
| You can produce a commission report that allows you to select how commission will be paid - on charges or invoices raised, or on payments received. | |
| You can produce the report on a weekly or monthly basis. | |
| Cash Desk | |
| PPS Cash Desk is ideal if you have a reception area where clients pay for their treatment and perhaps purchase other sundry or stock items. | |
| Cash Desk operates like a cash register or till. Accounts transactions are created in the normal way - Cash Desk creates your charges, invoices and payments records as normal so you can use Cash Desk in addition to the normal accounts screens. | |
| Expenditure | |
| "PPS Expense" is an optional add-on to PPS to allow you to control your practice expenditure. You can record all your outgoings, set up your suppliers and produce reports to show all your expenditure broken down by a range of categories. | |
| PPS Accounts gives you everything you need to manage your daily cash, control your debtors and monitor each of your practitioners and your practice revenue and cash flow. | |
