The client log is split into several main areas. The top part of the screen displays your client's name, address, and a summary of their details including medical history.

The bottom part of the screen gives you a Windows Explorer™ type interface that gives you easy access to all the information relating to your client.

You can use the client log to view and update various client entries such as clinical notes, invoices, letters and other attached documents.

The client log provides a complete journal of all records associated with the client.
