client details

PPS allows you to store a comprehensive profile of your client information.  You can even set up your own unlimited questionnaire where you can store your client’s medical or case history.

medical history

The client details screen contains all your standard client name, address and contact details as well as other demographic and profile information.  You can choose to store as much or as little information as you want.

The client address details allows you to print off letters instantly to a client without having to type in the name and address.

You can also set up your own entries on the client details screen to accommodate information that you need to store that the screen does not already allow for.

You can access your client’s information quickly just by using their surname.  You don’t even have to type in the whole name.

client search

The comprehensive details you store about your clients, including their medical history, allow you to apply a wide range of criteria to all your reports.

You can produce statistical or revenue reports for just a certain group of clients, middle-aged women for example, or just those who have a certain medical condition such as diabetes

Details can be entered quickly and efficiently. look-up tables help you standardise certain key entries such as occupation, or GP name.

PPS keeps a full secure audit of all changes made to your client’s data.
