Appointments Diary Note
An appointment note is added in the same way as a normal appointment. It has a date, time, duration, diary user, treatment room & location (the last two are both optional) just like an appointment, but with the added fields to enter in text notes.

Ticking the box entitled 'Start of the Day' will automatically place the diary note right at the top of the diary users appointments list for that day.

Further Info
Like with normal appointments, you can cut, copy, paste, drag & drop, add, modify, delete and repeat block appointments in exactly the same way as normal client appointments.

There is also the option to choose a background colour for the appointment note by clicking in the empty box next to 'Highlight Colour' and then choosing a pre-defined colour selection or if required, choosing a custom colour from the palette available.
