One of the key services we offer our clients is data conversion. We regularly convert data from other databases or other clinic software systems into PPS format. We can do this from most of our current and past competitors' software, and also from any software system you may have had developed specifically for you in the past. If you are looking to upgrade from your existing system and start using PPS then we can convert your existing data into PPS for you. We can alternatively help you to get started with PPS by populating your client list from a new or existing spreadsheet of client contact details. |

We have undertaken many projects that allow PPS to integrate with other software systems. Some of these are available to all PPS users, for example the PPS link to PhysioTools, and others are developed specifically for individual clients. We have also developed specific data import and update applications for PPS where new client information or appointment details are regularly supplied by another corporate or in-house software system. |

You can easily use PPS in multiple clinic locations without the need to invest heavily in a "central database" solution. Our unique approach is already used by hundreds of clinics to enable them to use PPS across two or more locations. The set up is simple: You install and use PPS as normal at each location. A background process called "PPS Sync" looks after the rest. This means that you can use PPS in more than one clinic, or just as easily use PPS on your laptop whilst out on the road (without an internet connection). PPS simply synchronises all your work when you return home or to the office. |

This includes initial advice over the telephone as to the best hardware solutions to consider through to advice over your on-going hardware, networking and IT support requirements. Whilst we do not provide hardware, networking or IT support directly, the advice that we can offer can include recommending a local IT support company that we have worked with before for other PPS users in your area. |
