Up to Date Service Information

This page is designed to give our users up to date Service Information. From time to time we may suffer downtime on the logged-in sections of our website or one of our other services.

We have now successfully switched to our new digital phone system and all issues should have been resolved.

We are currently undergoing important changes to our telephone system.

Currently our main telephone number 01283 550777 is being transferred to an updated digital service.

This may cause some disruption for the next few days starting from now - This work was scheduled to take place next Monday, but BT appear to have become over-excited and have started switching the number over now instead - Thanks BT!

There are three alternative numbers you can use to contact us:

       01283 215170
       01283 225263

or our usual local rate number 0845 0680 777.

All of these numbers are connected directly to our switchboard.

Normal service will be resumed on Monday!

PPS v4 Sync Server issues have been resolved. You records will be sync'ed up to date automatically in the next few minutes.

PPS v4 Sync Server connections will temporarily be sporadic. This is due to an issue with one of our providers and should be resolved shortly.

Logged in functionality will be unavailable on the PPS website until tomorrow (2011/01/08) morning. This is due to essential maintenance.

At 17:30 GMT today we will be rebooting the PPS Online 1 server. This should take no longer than five minutes.
