We offer a comprehensive support service for Private Practice Software.
When you initially purchase PPS you receive 30 days FREE support. After
this you can choose to renew your support for a further year.
If you are just starting to use a computer for the first time, or if
you are completely IT literate, you will still need our support from time
to time.
Our Support is not just there to answer "how to use" questions but also
includes additional benefits like allowing you access to the latest release
versions of the software, receiving advice on the management of your data
including backing up and restoring, and discounts on training courses.
Support costs start from as little as UK£170 per year or UK£14
per month (plus VAT in the UK) with up
to 30% discount available for renewing your contract before the expiry
date.
We also offer a range of additional technical support services relating
to your PPS software and associated hardware and networking. There are
charged in addition to the normal annual support fee. Please check with
