Can I book a demonstration?
Book an online demonstration with our Sales team where we can discuss your plans for implementing PPS into your clinic and explore the software in finer detail with you. This can be booked by contacting our Sales team or via our Online Appointment Booking tool at the top of this page.
Will I receive any training?
Of course! Take advantage of our free 30 minute Getting Started session when you purchase PPS to get up and running in no time. We also offer regular webinars and onsite training; further information can be found on our Training page.
Is there a minimum term contract?
Not at all, all our prices are on a rolling month-by-month basis. You have the opportunity to cancel your contract at any time.
Do I have to pay monthly?
We offer one-off licence payments for the PPS Local solution with the option to pay annually for your Support contract. You can request these costs by contacting our Sales team via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that if you are syncing to other PPS databases, including online booking or call handling then a support contract would need to be in place.
Can you convert my existing data?
Yes. We regularly convert data from different formats including other practice management systems. A quote can be obtained upon assessment of the data. We also offer a free client import option from XLS spread sheets. If you are interested in converting your current database to PPS, please contact our Sales team on email@example.com.
What about on-going support?
We have a dedicated Support department available for any help and advice or queries you may have. Our department consists of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line technical Support staff – so we are always able to assist. Visit our Support page for further information on our support services.
