Customer Service Advisor

We develop, support and sell our software to clients within various private healthcare sectors – from self-employed practitioners and small clinics to football clubs and even the GB Paralympics Games, we’re used everywhere.
About the Role:
Due to our growth and continued success we have a new and exciting role available which will help expand our Support Department.
You will provide software support to our clients including assistance with day-to-day use, installation, configuration and maintenance of our flagship products and add-ons which is used by more than 2800 clinics and practices worldwide. We are the most successful package of its kind in the UK.

- Salary from £16,000 - £20,000 (PAYE) (depending upon experience)
- 9.15 to 17:45 – Monday to Friday
- 20 days holiday p.a. plus bank holidays

What you will mainly be doing
- Providing support to existing clients via telephone, remote assistance, live chat and email on an often busy support desk
- Interacting with the entire team on behalf of the client regarding sales, training and software development.
- Identifying areas for development and working towards improving yourself and the team.
What we want from you
If you want to work for us then you must be able to demonstrate that you can support a software package.
In addition to this, a good all-round knowledge of MS Office style products and general use and interest in the latest software and web technologies is advantageous.
If you have experience in training or educating other staff (or clients) in the use of a software package then that’s also great.
We expect you to be friendly, bright, enthusiastic and willing to learn. Excellent literacy and numeracy skills are a must as you’ll be interacting with our clients on a daily basis and so you need to be articulate.
